We all face challenges at some point. Therapy is a way to work through these challenges in order to have the life you want to live. I offer a warm, supportive, non-judgmental environment to help clients identify their goals and assist them in achieving their desired outcomes. I have over ten years of experience, which includes working with adolescents, adults, families, and group therapy. My experience has been with clients struggling with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, parenting issues, career stressors, and family conflict.
