I aim to equip my clients with tools to navigate their personal journey with confidence. Since we all come from unique backgrounds with various needs, none of us fit into the same box. My focus is to ensure the therapeutic journey is collaborative and tailored to best fit you, as an individual. I work diligently to provide a safe, judgement-free zone, where I welcome feedback and questions. Many people use the label “expert” when referring to a therapist, but I believe YOU are the expert of YOUR own life.
