Seeking therapy can feel a little embarrassing, or maybe even frustrating, but you're making the right choice. Have you been struggling with grief or loss? Do you find it hard to stay happy this time of year? Did you survive a traumatic event and now feel like a completely different person? Well there's a group for that! I utilize group therapy and psycho-education to normalize the therapeutic experience when individual counseling can feel isolating. Group offers the client relatability and community. Clients can expect the intake session to include a detailed history taking with discussion about previous mental health experience, family history, social life, and presenting concerns.
