Hello, I'm Lauren! I provide EMDR therapy to help adults process experiences from the past in a way that promotes self-understanding, healing, and growth. Many of my clients initially sought therapy because they noticed their upbringing was still affecting them today. At Present Way Counseling, my work focuses on young adults and women, and I seek to create a safe, supportive space for lasting change. Maybe you experience anxiety, overwhelm, perfectionism, difficulty trusting yourself or others, or low self-esteem.
