Hi there- we are currently accepting new clients! Pollema Counseling Center is dedicated to fostering healing and promoting a culture of health and well-being in our community. I approach my work with compassion, intentionality, and directness. I believe people come to therapy to be challenged and encouraged to make change. My goal is to create a secure therapeutic space for you to address challenges and work towards your mental health goals. I am a big advocate for therapy homework and often collaborate with my clients on unique ways to implement their therapeutic work.
