I am a Registered Play Therapist dedicated to helping kids + tweens express, process, and heal through their natural language of play and creativity. Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, OCD, trauma, self-esteem issues, grief, or big feelings and big behaviors, I offer a safe and nurturing environment where healing can begin, and where they can build tools for lifelong emotional regulation. I believe that kids deserve therapy that is as effective as therapy is for adults. In play therapy, kids feel empowered to explore their feelings, behaviors, & challenges in ways that are fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate! I have training in play therapy, CBT, ERP, EMDR therapy, and animal assisted play therapy to help kids heal and grow! I also prioritize parent/caregiver support and empowerment in the therapy process with kids.
