Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families. I strive to meet my clients where they are, and provide empathic, non-judgmental, trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming care. I focus on helping clients find empowerment, peace, and improved relationships with themselves and others. My goal is to help clients achieve a positive sense of self using a warm, relational, strengths-based approach that incorporates humor, while gently challenging you to explore alternative perspectives in order to gain insight and increase awareness.
