When your child or teen is struggling with anxiety, OCD, or the effects of trauma, it can feel frightening and isolating as a parent. You may notice mood changes, intrusive thoughts, emotional shutdown, or behaviors that don’t make sense — and feel unsure how to help. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern with over 12 years of experience, specializing in working with children ages 10 and up, teens, couples, adults, and their families. I offer a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to open up and parents feel supported and informed.
