As a relational therapist, my belief is that relationships, though often perplexing, can provide fertile ground for healing and connection. My practice primarily serves romantic relationships and adult families. My specialty includes working relationships and navigating family business dynamics - these are experiences that present unique challenges and growth opportunities. Through the use of Emotionally-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), I help partners and families increase their level of understanding and connection, navigate difficult conversations and and learn how to respond to each other from a more accessible and engaged place.
