I specialize in helping teens and young adults manage anxiety, build healthy boundaries, process grief, and grow in confidence. I use a strength-based CBT approach and can integrate faith when desired. In addition to my counseling work, I’ve led therapy groups and spoken at churches and conferences on mental health and emotional growth.
