I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience helping adolescents, adults, couples, and families grow, adapt, and reach their potential. I see therapy as a collaborative journey — whether short-term and goal-focused or longer-term and exploratory — where clients are supported in defining what they want to change and building the skills needed to move forward. My work is grounded in respect, practicality, and partnership.
