Great to meet you! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who is committed to helping clients experience a meaningful and intentional life. My work is rooted in the belief that growth happens when we feel seen, supported, and understood. I offer a holistic and person-centered approach that empowers clients through compassion while employing evidence-based practices such as mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, and narrative therapy. Sessions are grounded in the belief that healing happens when the body feels safe, emotions are understood, and the self is met with compassion and presence.
