I believe in a "person in environment" approach and have a holistic therapy style. I try to understand first and foremost that although your pain and experiences may be similar to someone else, that no two people are alike, therefore, the degree to which your circumstances effects you is unique and personal to you. My goal is to empower you to get back in touch with your needs, and find effective / healthy ways to get through difficult times.
