I have been providing Therapy to clients for 13+ years. I have worked with a wide range of ages and clinical needs in a wide range of clinical settings. Currently, I specialize in working with teens, young adults and adults under 50. I strongly believe in the process of building a dynamic, warm and empathetic therapeutic relationship with clients. Healing occurs through relationships - your relationship with yourself and with others. I focus on helping clients help themselves heal from and better understand their trauma, relationships challenges, life stressors, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, identity exploration.
