I am passionate about helping individuals move away from old scripts and unhealthy views of the self. My goals are centered around helping individuals learn how to increase their quality of life and take control of their emotional experience. My clients often come to me experiencing anxiety and depression surrounding the path their lives have taken or during a difficult transition. I help them through increasing awareness and understanding and gaining the skills to make important and sustainable change. I have a significant amount of experience working with families who have a loved one with a severe mental illness. This includes guidance on treatment options and managing crisis. I also help individuals navigate difficult relationships and develop lifelong skills for anxiety and healthy boundaries.
