I believe there is power in exploring and coming to know yourself. We all carry parts of ourselves that served us at one point, and don’t quite work anymore. In therapy with me, we will adopt a curious approach to you to see what we can understand about you, your patterns, ways of relating, etc. One overarching goal of therapy is to build insight and, ultimately, work toward meaningful change in your life. In our work together, I’ll incorporate psychodynamic, person-centered, and solution-focused approaches to meet you where you are and work together as a therapeutic team. I also utilize EMDR to help people explore core beliefs.
