Hi, I’m Lauren Rose. I’ve spent more than a decade in the mental health field supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, people moving through major life transitions, and anyone seeking a space where they can show up fully as themselves. I work with clients navigating identity exploration, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and the pressure of trying to “fit” in places that don’t always feel built for them. My style is laid-back, transparent, and truly client-centered. Therapy with me is conversational and grounded, not clinical or stiff. I want you to feel safe, affirmed, and understood from the moment we begin.
