Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional eating issues, substance abuse/early recovery, self confidence and/or LGBTQIA+ issues? The most basic human need is our desire to be heard and understood. I provide a non-judgmental and empathic space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings and be heard and understood. I actively listen and assist you to raise awareness of conscious, and subconscious processes and how they impact your relationships with yourself and others. I offer the opportunity for you to learn healthy and effective ways to cope with intense feelings, resolve problems, and care for yourself.
