You don't have to face this next stage alone. I specialize in working with young adults, women, and men facing life transitions, adjustment issues, and transition-related anxiety. I support clients who are feeling stuck, burned out, or uncertain during seasons of change helping them to process their emotions, gain clarity, and build confidence in themselves about their next steps.
