Seeing a therapist can quickly bring relief and a greater sense of well-being. As a licensed psychologist with over 30 years of experience, I provide individual consultation and therapy to adolescents and adults around a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress management, relationships, self-esteem, grief and loss, life transitions, and other issues. In addition, my past therapeutic work of over 25 years at a local University Counseling Center allows me to provide uniquely specialized private practice care to high school, undergraduate and graduate students. Our work will help you cope with your current concerns, conflicts & pain and expand the tools available to you. We will explore and help you better understand your feelings, thoughts & interpersonal patterns, as well as the past & familial roots of your struggles. I believe a combination of these two approaches helps people move forward in their lives.
