I specialize in supporting people dealing with depression, anxiety, relational distress, life transitions, gender and sexuality exploration, chronic illness, autism and/or ADHD. I often work with clients dealing with anxiety and burnout after a lifetime of utilizing stress, harsh inner critics, or shame to motivate themselves to "push through" executive functioning challenges. I believe healing happens when we develop self-compassion for our most shamed parts and build support systems that meet us with both care and understanding. My style is integrative, mindful and rooted in social justice.
