Welcome! You're in the right place. Throughout our lives, we're learning from our relationships how to feel safe and loved. We feel the effects both in our relationships and our world, sometimes resulting in stress, pain and shame. I believe that authentic, compassionate connection can begin to restore the feeling of safety needed for self-actualization. My goal is to provide a warm and grounding space for you to set down all that you carry and turn towards it with the kindness that you deserve. My specializations include neurodivergence, gender and sexuality. As a queer counselor, I'm passionate about advocacy on behalf of marginalized groups, such as the LGBTQ+ community. My approach is trauma-informed and relational, and existential questions are always welcome.
