You may be feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you — perhaps anxious, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions, as well as those processing grief, trauma, or a general sense of being “off” without knowing why. Many of my clients identify as deep feelers or creative thinkers and artists who want to better understand their inner world and feel more grounded in themselves and their relationships.
