My ideal client is a newly licensed or seasoned clinical professional working in the field of psychotherapy—therapists, counselors, psychologists—who is currently experiencing signs of burnout, emotional exhaustion, or compassion fatigue. They want to feel grounded, whole, and effective, not just for their clients, but for themselves. Many entered the field with a deep desire to help others heal. Now, they want to honor that calling without burning out from it. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that balance is always possible; even when it doesn’t feel that way.
