We may not be able to control our circumstances, but we can control what we do with our circumstances. Sometimes we are handed or inherit a difficult lot in life, and the idea of navigating this lot can leave us feeling hopeless and powerless. I firmly believe we are not without hope because we will always have the power to choose how we respond to our adverse circumstances. I have a deep sense of compassion and intrigue for the human soul, a yearning to discover an individual’s story, and a desire to build a warm, empathic, safe, and authentic alliance with my clients.
