Hi, there! Thanks for visiting my page. Sometimes we may encounter times when it is hard for us to stay attuned to our authentic needs and wants. That’s where I come in - to help facilitate a process of change for my clients, by walking alongside them. I believe that everyone’s mental health is fluid and impacted by our environments and relationships. My goal is to encourage and support optimal mental health functioning and provide clients with an exploratory and safe space to delve deeper into self-understanding, acceptance, and love. My office is conveniently located in downtown Decatur.
