Chances are you’re here because you or a little one you love has had their sunshine stolen from them. Maybe you feel a loss of direction, struggle with parenting, or noticing signs of distress in your child. I’m here to let you know you just took that first brave step in reclaiming your sunshine. I am in this field because I not only want to provide a safe and nurturing environment for your child to process trauma, but I want to help you heal from childhood wounds that you may have carried into adulthood as well. With a focus on supporting children aged 3 to 11, I specialize, attachment and behavioral issues, utilizing child-centered play therapy techniques. I also work with adolescents, teens, young adults, and families, using holistic and evidence-based approaches like Play Therapy, Theraplay, expressive arts, and integrative theories.
