My clinical experience includes working in Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) settings, where I have supported both teens and adults with a wide range of mental health diagnoses. My primary passion lies in trauma work, and I approach therapy from a trauma-informed perspective that emphasizes safety, empowerment, and individualized care. In addition to my trauma focus, I have experience working with the perinatal population, supporting clients through the unique emotional challenges that accompany pregnancy, postpartum transitions, and early parenthood.
