I support adults who feel stuck, disconnected, or disorganized in finding a greater sense of grounding, support, and clarity. I specialize in mind–body connection work for adults who want to reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and/or ADHD, reconnect with themselves, and—when relevant—gain insight into their relationship patterns. In our first few sessions, I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space to share your story, explore what you need, and we gently set intentions for our work together. We move at your pace with warmth, curiosity, and care, and, when appropriate, I guide you in listening to the wisdom of your body.
