I provide a warm, empathetic, and judgment-free space where clients can feel comfortable exploring life’s challenges. I work with children, adolescents, and adults ages 6–60, and have experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use concerns, autism, ADHD and more. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and strengths-based, focused on helping clients build insight, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful change. Together, we can work toward improved emotional well-being, resilience, and overall wellness.
