My goal as a therapist is to create an environment of authenticity, attunement, and compassion, where all of your parts can feel at ease unfolding. I am deeply invested in working to understand you and the stories which have led you to the present moment. My approach is trauma informed, psychodynamic, relational, trans-feminist, queer celebratory, culturally inclusive, and sex- and kink-positive. While my expertise are informed by a variety of modalities, I am currently only offering EMDR therapy for both acute and complex trauma. I believe that the parts of us that require healing are often sites of shame or trauma—either that we've experienced ourselves or inherited from our ancestors.
