I am an adolescent and young adult therapist with a passion for helping young people navigate the challenges that life presents. I specialize in helping those with anxiety, or who have experienced trauma to gain the insight and skills they need to live the life they want. My approach to therapy is collaborative, helping clients to find the solutions that work for them. I believe therapy should be a combination of gaining insight into yourself as well as developing concrete strategies and skills to create change.
