I am passionate about helping clients grow in personal strength and creating self-confidence that allows you to feel higher levels of peace when navigating the difficulties of daily life as well as when processing previous trauma. I have experience in ABA, CBT, art therapy, certified in DBT, and a variety of other therapies based on need and goals. Creating a safe, nonjudgemental, and empathetic environment is an extremely important part of my practice. Therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be completely honest and say what you need to say without fear of judgment. A strong therapeutic relationship helps you feel as though you are no longer facing your fears alone and we can do this together
