As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor with 15+ years of experience, I've helped hundreds of families when life feels overwhelming for their children. I specialize in Adlerian Play Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Play Therapy because children process emotions through play, not just talking. I create a safe space for ages 6-17 to express real feelings and build practical skills for managing anxiety, processing change, and developing social abilities. I work to help my clients strengthen a sense of self by utilizing an array of self esteem building techniques. I also work with parents to help navigate their child's therapeutic journey.
