My therapy practice provides a supportive space where you can create meaningful change and move toward a life that feels less overwhelming, more balanced, and more fulfilling. I believe it’s just as important to build the skills and confidence to manage current stressors as it is to understand the impact of past experiences—both can empower you to shape the future you want. I also work with couples in multicultural relationships to who feel stuck in conflict by supporting them in recognizing unhelpful patterns of interaction, improving communication skills, and creating space for honest conversations.
