I am Lauren Widmark, an LMHC specializing in addiction, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, life transitions, grief, and loss. My approach varies based on the client's needs, and I use a variety of methods that include Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Eclectic, Humanistic, and Trauma Focused therapies. I have found that each client requires a unique form of treatment. I believe that addiction and other issues are a symptoms of something deeper that is going on.
