Hello! My name is Lauren, and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Registered Art Therapist with over seven years of experience in many mental health settings. I work with children, teens, and adults to help them manage their emotions and live fulfilling, valued lives. I am trained in Brainspotting, which allows me to support clients in processing their experiences deeply. I have a special interest in working with the LGBTQIA community, particularly those who identify as asexual, the neurodivergent population, those recovering from religious trauma, and boundary work.
