I truly enjoy working with young adults around life issues such as mood disturbances, anxiety, and life transitions; as well as working with the perinatal population and helping new moms/parents adjust to the major shift in life that undoubtedly takes place when you have a new baby. If you haven't really been feeling like "you" lately and have struggled with any of these things, we can work together to begin to process these emotions and build the skills to manage them in a more comfortable way. I believe that you have capabilities and strengths within you that we can draw out and build on in order to help you move forward.
