Are you encountering some major life changes? Perhaps there are changes happening within your family, such as the birth of a child or you are grieving a loss. Perhaps you are making moves in your career, such as moving toward retirement. Are you trying to figure out the next steps in your life? You may feel shifts in your identity as you encounter these life changes. These changes in life come with a variety of emotions that can be confusing. My goal is to help you process through these experiences and find peace and enjoyment. Along with life transitions, I also work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and grief.
