My concept of counseling is all about learning how to empower yourself to weather the ups and downs in life. My goal is to build a relationship with you that allows the space to process hardships and traumatic experiences that you have faced and might be facing still. I can help with a wide array of problems ranging from depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more. I work with children, teens, and adults. My passion is trauma work. I specialize in helping people of all ages who have experienced domestic violence, sexual assault, and other forms of violence.
