Hello, Future Clients! Thank you for considering me as someone who might assist you on your journey through a challenging time in your life! My name is Lauren, and I have over 15 years of experience helping clients of all ages, races and sexual orientations manage mental health and substance abuse issues in individual therapy, group therapy, and couples therapy modalities. I am proudly open and affirming working with people from all walks of life! My primary theoretical orientation is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, however I use an eclectic blend of therapy techniques as needed and as is appropriate.
