I create a warm, inviting space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions. The energy in our sessions will be collaborative; I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey, guiding you while also empowering you to find your own insights. I find that laughter can be a powerful tool in therapy, and I love to bring a light-hearted touch to our sessions when appropriate. Outside of work, I enjoy singing, being a cat mom, and spending time in nature. These interests help me maintain balance and remind me of the importance of connection, both in my personal life and in the therapeutic space.
