I am a seasoned psychotherapist with many years of experience working with a diverse clientele. I believe that growth occurs in therapy not just from insight, but from the willingness to tolerate the discomfort of the unknown and experiment with new ways of being in and out of sessions. I strive to be an engaged and active partner in this work. I also do executive coaching for people in tech, finance and media-related fields. Although psychological factors are never entirely left out of this work, the focus is on optimizing professional goals.
