Many of my clients seek help with anxiety, depression, procrastination, perfectionism, identity issues, or negative self-talk. Other clients I work with are coping with stressful life transitions, relationship issues, or parenting issues. I've worked with many clients that are new to the U.S. and need support with the acculturation process. Whatever issues a client is hoping to explore, I like to build a warm, collaborative, and creative environment for growth and change.
