As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience, I am passionate about empowering and supporting children and families. My goal is to help others build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and find hope during life’s challenges. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma related to both physical and sexual abuse. Using approaches like play therapy, I create safe and caring spaces where children can express themselves and begin to heal. Above all, I believe in compassion, collaboration, and advocacy,helping every child and family feel seen, heard, and valued as they grow.
