I’m here to help you find your way home–to the Self you were meant to be. I believe that within each of us lies the path to healing. I am here to accompany you on that path and help you find access to your capacity to heal. Many of our maladaptive responses are strategies we have used to withstand deep attachment injuries. I am attachment-based and will draw upon EFT, CSRT, and IFS in our work together.
