Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works collaboratively with my clients to improve their mental health and increase wellbeing. I have extensive experience working with individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-esteem/self acceptance challenges. I strive to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I meet my clients where they are, with compassion and unconditional positive regard, and greatly appreciate the opportunity to help individuals find ways to cultivate hope for, and belief in, the possibility of change.
