I have over 30 years of experience working with people from all walks of life. I’ve learned that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, loss, relationship struggles, addiction, or just feeling overwhelmed with life, therapy with me is about creating a safe space where you can breathe, be real, and begin to heal. My roots are in Hawaiʻi, and while I now live in Las Vegas, I carry with me the values of ʻohana (family), aloha (compassion), and mālama (care). I believe we all carry deep wisdom inside us—even when life feels confusing or painful—and my role is to help you reconnect with that inner strength.
