I have been licensed (LMHC) for 12 years, my specialty is children, but I do work with adults too. I have been working with children for more than 30 years. I am trained in play therapy, CBT, Trauma-focused therapy, grief/loss, children of divorce, OCD, parent-child conflicts, relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, child adoption, IEP's, school related issues, couples therapy and existential therapy - focuses on free will, self-determination and the search for meaning. I believe blending elements from different approaches and tailor the treatment according to each patient's needs. I believe individuals have strengths.
