I work with older children, adolescents, and adults, offering a supportive, client-centered approach to therapy. While I welcome clients of all backgrounds, I have a particular passion for helping women navigate anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and the emotional weight of trying to do it all. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and help you leave each session feeling a little more hopeful, understood, and grounded. As a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) with over 12 years of experience, I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard and supported. My practice is client-centered, drawing on evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, and play therapy, always tailored to your specific goals and needs.
